Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Pariqo Creations, we believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We always strive to offer the best products at the best prices, and we truly value your trust and support.

However, if due to any unforeseen situation you require a return or exchange, the following terms and conditions will apply.

Eligibility For Return / Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note:
We do not offer reverse pickup service from our side. Customers are required to courier the parcel to our warehouse address for both return and exchange requests.

3 Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy

1. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product from our side, we will only provide Store Credit.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeline will not be approved.

Note:
If the return request is accepted from our end, only Store Credit will be provided.

2. Exchange Policy

If you receive the same product as ordered but wish to exchange it, only exchange requests will be accepted — returns will not be approved.

Products can be exchanged for:

  • Same amount products
  • Higher/lower amount products

If the exchanged product amount is higher, the difference amount must be paid by the customer. If the exchanged product amount is lower, the remaining balance will be adjusted from our side.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.


Proof Required For Return / Exchange Approval

In case you receive a wrong, damaged, or partial product, please send the following proofs within 24 hours of delivery on our customer care WhatsApp number:

Required Proofs:

  1. Unboxing Video
    A complete video of the package opening process showing the product clearly.
  2. Received Product Images
    Clear images of the product received from multiple angles highlighting the issue/damage.
  3. Parcel Image
    A clear image of the outer parcel/package.
  4. Shipping Label Image
    A clear image of the shipping label showing tracking and shipment details.

Please ensure all images and videos are clear to help us process your request quickly.


Store Credit Policy

What Is Store Credit?

Store Credit will be provided in the form of a coupon code equal to your product amount on your registered email ID.

You can use this coupon code anytime on our website to purchase any product of your choice.

Note:
  • Store Credit has no expiry date.
  • It can be used whenever you want.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • The product must have original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased during sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Only one-time replacement / return / exchange will be allowed per order.
